Shakti Peedam
The Sacred Abode of
Divine Protection & Feminine Power

THE SACRED STORY OF SHRI SPITUK KALI
Perched high on the dramatic mountain ridges of Ladakh, Goddess Spituk Kali manifests as the invincible protector of truth and the loving guardian of all seekers.
When Lord Vishnu's Sudarshana Chakra released the sacred divine limbs of Devi Sati across 51 sanctified Shakti Peedams, her holy Right Ear consecrated the rocky hilltop of Spituk in Leh, Ladakh.
Celebrated for the vibrant Spituk Gustor festival and protected by Lord Kalabhairava, this sacred highland shrine destroys all negative karmic influences, bestowing supreme fearlessness and spiritual enlightenment.
When Lord Shiva performed the celestial Tandava bearing Devi Sati, Lord Vishnu's Sudarshana Chakra created 51 holy Shakti Peedams.
Mother Sati's Sacred Right Ear consecrated the high mountain heights of Spituk in Leh, Ladakh, creating this revered Himalayan sanctuary.
